One of the keys to success in any training lies in the preparation. For me, the most impressive aspect of all was Siobhan’s determination to ensure that the training programme ‘hit the right spot’ as far as meeting the needs of the group was concerned. The result: ‘spot on’; feedback from the group: excellent; would I recruit her again as a trainer: definitely!
