The guidance proved to be invaluable to me… as a direct result of this I was able help employees to recover and get back to normal duties far quicker than I thought would have been possible under the circumstances.
In summary, the role Emerald played from the co-ordination of the response from the counsellors, the hands on time spent directly with those affected and, the ongoing help, advice and support she has provided me personally, has proved to be invaluable to those involved and to the business as a whole.
