 The Staff Responder training run by Human Resilience, introduced a highly interactive and informative style of training. Delegates were really engaged all the way through and continue to talk about the activities and concepts that were part of the day. The subjects of loss and trauma are difficult to deal with, however Siobhan and Emerald brought a mix of commitment and lightness to the topics. There was a lot of existing experience of dealing with the aftermath of crises and trauma, yet attendees found the course very valuable.

This training has supported our HR team to be aware of stress, anxiety and depression in the workplace, giving practical examples on how to manage employees effectively whilst supporting the individual using a variety of methods. The course also gave the People team support in managing our own emotions and caring, and supporting each other
There were lots of practical exercises which can be applied in one on one meetings, mediation sessions. Gave HR Managers a good sense of which triggers to look out for when dealing with stressed employees. Both Siobhan and Emerald were very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our business. There experience was well shared. The course material was well explained and delivered.

The 2005 bomb attacks on London's transport network did not just cause death and physical injury. Many people had to confront unimaginable scenes and situations, with long-term consequences.
